Improvement of the ability of bone repair by reducing the aging degree of mesenchymal stem cell population by Senolytic drugs

چکیده
In order to study the effects of Senolytic drugs dasatinib and quercetin on aging mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) explore application young MSCs in repairing bone defects, cultured identified were treated with quercetin, counting number passage times, senescence was evaluated by high-content screening microscopy. The 4th-passage rejuvenated transplanted into defect model rabbits, X-ray examination performed 12 weeks after surgery. results showed that reduced senility improved ability repair.
